Yearly membership of the Prestwick branch costs £15. This includes entrance to all lecture evenings and also gives free parking at the airport on the nights of the lectures. The fee also gives access to "visits" which in the past have included trips to the Aircraft Carrier Alliance at Rosyth, Carlisle Airport and museum, Bond Helicopters (Police and Ambulance) at Govan and Hunterston power station. If you are a full, corporate member of the Royal Aeronautical Society then you are entitled to free entry to the lectures and parking.
Students (full time) also are entitled to a free membership for the year and free parking on lecture evenings whilst they remain a student .
Our lectures are open to members of the public, and such visitors are charged at £3.00 for the evening and pay a reduced parking fee £2.50
